Diagnostic Evaluation Centers (DEC) are located in emergency rooms around the metro area and provide diagnostic assessments by licensed clinicians to determine the appropriate level of care for patients experiencing a behavioral crisis. The DEC is an innovative care model that has created immediate access to patient's to appropriate care and promotes coordination of information with all providers involved in the patient's care. DEC Integrated Behavioral System BHP built this web based, HIPAA compliant application that is used in the DEC model to electronically collect, store, and exchange clinical information. Behavioral providers, programs and hospitals are able to access their patient's DEC assessments, with patient's consent, using the DEC system. SchedulR The SchedulR is a web based scheduling application that allows providers and programs to set aside appointment times for the DEC sites or the BHP Intake Department to use for patients 24 hours, 7 days week. Providers choose the appointment times they offer in the SchedulR and are able to get referrals any time of day or night.
